What happens if I return the kit late or do not return it at all?
Kits not returned by 6:00 pm shall be subject to an additional daily charge for each day at the normal daily rate. Kits must be returned complete and in same condition as when rented, and no later than 3 days from the initial rental date, or shall be subject to payment of the full retail value of $300.00 each.

What should I wear during the exam?
Each applicant must appear for the exam dressed in a uniform with no marks of identification. White uniforms or white jackets (smocks) with slacks or skirts of any color.

Remember that current Photo Identification is NECESSARY for you and your model to enter the exam. Bring your Confirmation letter from the Bureau with you also. The exam starts at 7:15 am. You should plan to arrive no later than 6:30 in order to register.
